For more than 30 years, Coach Baffi has devoted his time and energy to helping players grow both on and off the ice. A lifelong hockey enthusiast from the Chicago area, Tom has built a coaching legacy rooted in hard work, encouragement, accountability, and a genuine love for the game.

What truly sets Coach Baffi apart isn't just his experience—it's the relationships he builds with his players. He believes hockey should challenge you, teach you, and inspire you, but above all, it should be something you genuinely love. He works tirelessly to develop skills while creating an environment where athletes can enjoy the journey, build lasting friendships, and gain confidence in themselves.
